The Education Justice Project is a comprehensive college-in-prison program based at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. Since 2008, we have been building a vibrant higher education community at Danville Correctional Center in Central Illinois. EJP also produces Mapping Your Future, Illinois’ only reentry guide, and Returning Home, a guide for individuals being deported to Mexico after incarceration.
